A well-being break in Italy: morning yoga; afternoon wellness experiences; relaxation in nature; healthy, delicious, homegrown, cuisine with biodynamic wine tasting.

The program

Energising morning yoga

8-9am: connecting the body, mind and breath. A daily wake up with Yoga Alliance Qualified instructor Emma: Classes focus on connecting the breath with each posture with the aim of reducing stress, re-energising the body and increasing strength and flexibility in the body.

A healthy breakfast to start the day

Different dishes offered daily from bircher muesli to chickpeas pancakes.

Mid-Morning Smoothie Time

A morning to de-stress

Relax by the salt water pool; take a shiatsu massage or explore and soak up some culture in the beautiful local Umbrian towns

Alfresco buffet lunch

Enjoy your meal on the patio soaking up the views and atmosphere or order a picnic if you are going to be out exploring the local area. Herbal teas, aromatic waters and coffee all available throughout the afternoon during a pause in time to ‘rest and digest’

Unique mindful early evening well-being experiences

Every day offers a different unique well being experience these include: a gong bath; trekking to a Hermitage, Shamanic drum meditation, raw food cooking class; vegan cooking class; Kirtan. See below for the daily timetable
