The Well Being Retreat Center

A place to host a retreat. A place to join a retreat.

Spend few days to re-find balance, take care of yourself, experience what truly matters in life, and deeply enjoy the present moment

"Very little is needed to make a happy life;
it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking."

Marcus Aurelius

Welcome to Equilibrio.bio

We host retreats such as yoga, pilates, reiki, paintings, photography, poetry, acting; and also self development and business related retreats.

We designed our Center to offer you the positive energy of Nature, with special features that follow healthy lifestyle habits, and with a vision that strongly support the humans’ creativity and the reach of happiness.

The energy of our Center facilitates the connection between each person and their inner best.

We offer a moment to de-stress, re-focus, recover and to enrich life with experiences that will give a fresh new breath of inspiration and motivation to your daily routines.

The lodge has a great energy in all its corners and moments. I have been there for a retreat and everything exceeded my expectations. Food was great, the studio for the yoga classes is inspiring, breakfasts were rich and healthy, a really great holiday overall - I came back inspired.
